Come ready to learn and to contribute. Ask questions, do the work, and support your team. What you get out of Thirduni depends on what you put in.

Do your own work and give credit where it is due. Be truthful about your progress and your challenges. Honesty is how trust is built, and trust is how teams succeed.

Do not share anything harmful, misleading, or inappropriate. Protect your own privacy and respect the privacy of others. If something does not feel right, tell us.

Be clear, be patient, and assume good intentions. Many of us are working in a second language and across time zones. A little patience goes a long way.
